Ignacio, a happy and well-educated boy, has a neighbor he rarely plays with: Manuelito, also known as "The 3-Wheel Bicycle Kid." A quiet boy with no friends, Manuelito's parents don't have enough money, so they buy him an incomplete bicycle for Christmas. Even though the other kids are always making fun of him because of his 3-wheel bicycle, Manuelito finally learns to ride it -- and in doing so, gives a lesson to them all.
